Coral has now committed a serious criminal offence, because of the lies
that Hugh McVean has told her. The crime is the Fraudulent
appropriation of $60,000 dollars while a FIDUCIARY. Coral was a
FIDUCIARY as she held the Enduring Poweer of Attorney for our mother
and had used that power to preen my accessing $60,000 of my money and
then, when Mum asked her to transfer it to me, she refused to act as

What I have been able to distill
is that Hugh McVean wanted to take me down and believed the way
to do that was with lawyers he could trust. He believe that he
could conspire with solicitors with immunity because his discussions
were protected by Legal
Professional Privilege aka Client
Privilege.
His solicitors clearly saw Hugh McVean coming. Hugh McVean
organised the defrauding me of my home through this firm of solicitors
prior to 1994. They clearly did not advise Hugh McVean
properly. In January, 2004, when I mentioned to Hugh McVean that
he owed me a Fiduciary Duty, not only did he not know of its meaning,
he even asked me how to spell it as he wrote it down, no doubt to ask
his lawyers.
Clearly, Hugh McVean told them that he wish to defraud me. They
realized that Hugh McVean would be a cash cow for them, as Hugh McVean
was so determined to defraud me. Of course, my sister Coral got
roped into the corruption and criminal conduct as well.
Coral McVean has really got herself into deep trouble. Hugh
McVean will be telling her to 'stay focused' and believe the lawyers
and their advice. Hugh thinks that he is in control with 'Client
Privilege'. However, both Hugh and Coral are the
clients, and in fact either Coral or Hugh can divulge the information
of all that has been said between the Lawyers and their clients.
Coral will be able to gain an idea of just how precarious is her
position, when she realizes that Hugh McVean ensures that Coral has no
access to any of the information from the lawyers. Coral has
allowed herself to be placed in this invidious position. Coral
has known how dishonest Hugh McVean really is.

out to cheat me like this. I believe this was always the
intention of Hugh McVean to cheat me. I know he has told Coral
lies but then Coral
knows he is a liar, and that his brother, John McVean now of Bilambil
Heights, when he was an insurance manager, for South British
Insurance, advised
them to throw a brick through a glass door so they could claim that the
carpet was wet because of the rain blowing through the broken door,
when in fact the water had leaked around the door frame.
