an horrific fashion, anyone who knew of this, Hugh's factual

to take advantage of Hugh's emotional vacuum. We believe
there would be a reasonable apprehension, a reasonable belief, [we do
not believe that in these circumstances

pedophiles. Since Hugh McVean was already emotionally
devestated, it is reasonable to believe, that, if he was molested, he
would feel greater devestation and even further distress with the

him. As so often happens, because a person has to deal with
whatever happens to them, the victim becomes a predator himself.
Whether he can be held account for that, I believe the original
predator, is at least jointly and severally liable for the predation
of his victim who becomes, in turn, the callous predator.
In the case of Hugh McVean, he owed me a Special
Fiduciary Duty. He greatly breached that, and has cause me
great damage. The Anglican
Church is responsible for the actions
